 Anna has worked in the local government sector for 38 years and across a range of services, roles and challenges when working in both public and private sector roles. But always with one aim, improving public sector services and outcomes for its residents and stakeholders.
Anna was the first Chief Executive of West Northants Council, the 5th biggest unitary Council in the Country, which was formed in 2021 following local Government reorganisation in Northamptonshire. Anna was the lead Director on the Future Northants Programme, focusing on developing the Prospectus for Change, target operating models, design options and blueprints for the two new Unitary Councils as well as leading a large-scale Adults transformation programme at the same time.
 The programme was safely and successfully completed delivering £85m of savings, despite COVID and Brexit and involved the transfer of 6000 staff, 800 systems, 1,000 contracts and transformation across front line services.
