With a passion for quality communications and meaningful community engagement, Harriet brings over a decade of experience supporting the public sector through complex change. She specialises in designing clear, trusted engagement processes that help organisations navigate competing priorities, build consensus and deliver outcomes that stand up to political, organisational and community scrutiny.
Harriet has led consultation and engagement programmes for major public-sector clients, including five NHS Trusts and multiple council-led regeneration and service-change projects across London. Her earlier role at Westminster City Council saw her oversee communications on housing and regeneration schemes, securing planning permission for around twenty projects. She has also provided strategic communications advice to housing associations and public-sector partners during periods of structural and organisational change, including supporting the Metropolitan Thames Valley merger. Harriet began her career in politics, working for Liberal Democrat MPs and later at Party HQ, where she supported national election campaigns and delivered Government-funded democracy development programmes. She is committed to helping public bodies communicate confidently, collaborate effectively and deliver change that genuinely benefits local communities. |
