Jenny has 20+ years working with the public sector at an executive level in both local government and consulting.
Jenny operates as a trusted advisor and leader at a senior level with particular expertise in strategic planning, leadership, and organisational development. She brings excellent skills and experience in change management and turnaround, as well as a strong stakeholder management approach.   A resilient pragmatist, she translates strategy and ideas into delivery, and successfully integrates organisational development with financial planning.
She has significant experience in MTFS and budget planning and delivery, and is actively working with multiple councils on financial sustainability.
