​Rahul is an experienced leader who has worked across the public sector on major change programmes. He regularly leads projects for service design, savings identification, delivery models, and transformation potential. He has worked on a range of social care, transformation and technology programmes, with clients including Kent, Suffolk, Kingston, Waltham Forest, Haringey, North Northamptonshire, Kensington and Chelsea, and Thurrock.  He combines extensive experience of local government with a strong technical skillset developed as a public sector manager and as a management consultant.  He has held senior roles at several local authorities and worked with a range of government departments including MHCLG, DFE, MoJ and DWP, briefing Secretaries of State as part of the Grenfell response team.
