Sharon has over 20 years of experience working in the public sector, providing expertise in leading organisations through large scale change and supporting them in delivering multi million pounds of savings and efficiencies, carrying out work for 40 local authorities, the NHS, Education and Housing sectors and a Public / Private Joint Venture company.
 
Sharon worked on the Future Northants Programme for Northamptonshire, working across all levels of stakeholders. Sharon’s role was the programme lead, focusing on programme architecture for each stage of the programme and then led on the successful implementation stage. Sharon also supported on the set up of the Children’s Trust for Northamptonshire at the same time as LGR and during COVID. Post-go-live, Sharon supported West Northants Council in creating its Transformation Programme and approach. Sharon also worked as a senior consultant with Cumbria on their LGR journey from 2021-2022, focusing on their programme approach, initial work on the SCO timeline, design and set up of the PMO and data hub.
